- Connection is a Level 1 Training of the Kabira School of Energy.
- In this course, you will be trained in Kabira Energetics which is a mixture of biodynamic craniosacral therapy, shamanic arts, and Cat’s own magic.
- This immersion is created for you to discover your inner connection and finding your own magic.
- This course is unlike any other one that you've taken. The approach I teach you is not only safe, it's specifically designed for those with a history of trauma.

This Level 1 training is part of the Kabira School of Energy: which is both a standalone course and one where you can get certified as a Kabira Energetics Practitioner.
Kabira Energetics: derived from 24 years of practice, experience and study: biodynamic craniosacral therapy, the shamanic arts, somatic experiencing, spiritual psychology, and Cat’s personal magic.

You’ll leave with skills that will not only prepare you as an energetic arts practitioner, these will enhance and uplevel your work as a yoga teacher, massage therapist, coach, psychologist, and trauma therapy practitioner. Great for parents who want to help their children as well.
By the end of this course you'll know how to offer a full-body 60 minute session that relieves physical pain, clears emotional heaviness and clarifies the mind.
