Me! I'm Cat Kabira

Since 1997 I have devoted myself to the paths of yoga, meditation, energy work (as well as shamanic) and various therapies to find my way through. And I did!
For decades I've been teaching the beauty of being here, how to stay, and what it means for you to be in your full presence and embodiment.
I work with people who are highly sensitive and empathic, those who have experienced trauma and have a hard time being "here," as well as women who suffer from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, restrictive eating and body dysmorphia.
I also work with those of you who are highly intelligent and know there's more to offer in life but you're not sure how to access it.
I'm your support when you're navigating major change, new direction and loss in your life.
My personal history includes a lot of pain, loss, trauma and abuse. I had a hard time being here and functioning. Through my commitment to my own healing and energetic practices, I claimed my power and can confidently say that there's a way to heal and step forward as you in your power in your life.

It was my first experience of online energy work and it felt just as effective as in person. From a personal and practical perspective this course taught me how to be present and what it means to ground, which as a Mum of 2 and constantly on the go, this was still the best thing I have learnt.
Keen to learn more I went on to take Badass Boundaries and Illumination. Both have been been beneficial for both my personal life and my career as a yoga teacher.
