What’s essential to staying nurtured, feeling invigorated and refreshed in life is:

This week is your perfect space to make time for you and meet yourself at a whole new level. We’ll have daily movement, asana, breathwork, somatic and energy practices that will help you feel lighter, more grounded, buoyant, aware of yourself and with clear vision.

- Accommodations (Single or Shared Room for 7 nights) from August 26th to September 2nd, 2023
- Daily Group Activities including movement practices: dynamic and restorative, meditation, breathwork, energy practices and vision quests
